Recently renovated (1999) and improved home.  Area overlooking the West Dennis beach.  Possible beach views from corner of lot (see photo).  Boat access to the Bass River and Ocean.  Dish and Cookware and small dining table provided in the kitchen area.  Home with several areas to spread out to:  Front porch area sheltered, back deck area for the sun worshippers, large open back yard for play and the living room for television and rainy day activities.  Irrigated lawn surrounds home.  Television with cable and satellite programming.  Charcoal grill, outdoor shower (OS), off street parking for four vehicles.  (Dock/float area for boat tie up and use available for an additional $100 and extensive waiver.  Otherwise area is locked off and not accessible from the home)  Area remodeled starting in 1999, updates in 2000 and new entrance area in 2001.  Bedroom arrangement:  One King w/ TV&VCR, one Queen with private bathroom and laundry, one full (with possible twin) and one more full bed.  Ground floor home with one to two step access.  Town of Dennis Occupancy permitted for 8 people.

Rates 2002:   Rental weeks end of June, July and August through Labor Day are Friday to Friday 12:noon.  

Multiweek preference in July and August.  Seasonal takes precedent. 3month summer $18,000, one month $7,400.

April, May $900/ 3 day weekend.    $1400 weekly plus security deposit $500-$1000*

June $1200 / 3 day weekend**    $1950 weekly plus security deposit of $500

Multiweek preference in July and August.  Each additional week after the first rented is discounted $200.

July first two weeks are $1999 weekly plus security deposit of $500.

remaining July and first two weeks of August  $1999 weekly plus security deposit of $500.

August last  few weeks are $1999 weekly plus security deposit of $500.

First week September Labor Day $1650 plus security deposit of $500

Other Sept weeks, Oct, Nov  $900/ 3 day weekend.    $1400 weekly plus security deposit $500
