1. How much does it cost?
- 53 weeks for $99. Less than one day at your property,
more economical than your local paper. Cheaper than the vacancy you may
have by not having this listing....................
- We have no commissions!
2. How many pictures can my home have?
- Typically, if your home is 3 bedrooms, you can have
approximately 6+
pictures of the three bedrooms and the exterior or surrounding area. Possibly
more! (size dependant)
- Another example: If your home is 5 bedrooms, you can have
approximately 8+ pictures of the five bedrooms and the exterior or surrounding area.
Generally, three exteriors and one for each bedroom. Possibly more!
- Generally, picture
size is reduced to approximately 640 x 480 or slightly larger. This is
nearly the whole screen on a 15" monitor. Posted photos are usually 320
x 240 which open to a larger size on the browser's computer.

3. How do I update my web page? **This feature COMING

- We have drawn up a template. Simply use the password
you choose to access your ad. Use any computer connected to the
internet. Change prices and availability in a minute. Update old
photos, remodeling work or features, provided your pictures are in the
computer you are accessing your web ad from.......................
4. Sounds Complex. Can your staff update my site for me?
- Of course we can update your ad for you. Here's what
we can do for you:
- Update text, photos, rates and availability* once a year at
no charge. This is done as soon as possible during normal business hours.
Updates may take several days if changed over vacations, long weekends or
mailed in to our office.
- Update text, photos, rates and availability each additional
time for $5 each update.
- If available in your area, we can take pictures of
your rental property for you, exterior and interior, for $50 up to six
bedrooms. This is scheduled when access can be gained to the property.
Updates and/or Photos may take several days or longer depending upon the
scheduling and access to the property.
- * availability varies daily, even hourly. We cannot
update each ad daily. We will try to make availability changes as the
owner updates us.
**** In lieu of the Template system, we will create, post and
print your ad with photos for the yearly service charge. ****
Updates and/or photo taking are done as soon as possible
during normal business hours. Updates may take several days if changed
over vacations, long weekends or mailed in to our office. Photo service is
a scheduled service and may take longer.
5. Can you take pictures of my home?
Maybe....................
- If available in your area, we can take pictures of
your rental property for you, exterior and interior, for $50 up to five
bedrooms. Otherwise each additional bedroom is $15. (Example: a eight
bedroom home would be $50 plus (3 extra bedrooms x $15) for a total of $95.)
This is scheduled when access can be gained to the property. Updates
and/or Photos may take several days or longer depending upon the scheduling
and access to the property.
Updates and/or photo taking are done as soon as possible
during normal business hours. Updates may take several days if changed
over vacations, long weekends or mailed in to our office. Photo service is
a scheduled service and may take longer.
6. What types of payments do you take?
For the payment of your web page ad we accept:
MasterCard, Visa, Discover personal or business checks in US
dollars and cash monies.
Any Office, Photo or other web site services can also be paid
in the above forms. We may ask you for more information to verify the
validity of the charge. We may need you to print out and e-mail/fax us an
authorization with your signature.
Please have the card/"plate" ready when you contact us to
place a charge on your card.
7. I want to use my American Express Card. Can I ?
- We don't currently accept the American Express card,
Personal or Corporate card. Neither do we take the Optima card.
What about American Express checks and/or Travelers Checks?
- We can and will accept American Express Travelers Checks
for payment of services and/or web site ads. They need to be signed in
front of us. A tough requirement to full-fill, but possible.
8. I don't like to use my credit card over the internet.
How can I use one to pay for my web site ad?
- We maintain a credit card machine (terminal) here at the
office. Our staff can manually punch into our credit card terminal your
credit card account number for charging the cost of services.
Telephone in your request during
normal business hours. DO NOT
leave your credit card account info on our answering machine/service.

- You can e-mail the account number in the following manner:
Send two e-mails at different times. The first e-mail to
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
with (1 of 2 and your full name (as on the card) in the subject field) the first eight numbers of
your account. Then later send another e-mail with (2 of 2 and your full name
(as on the card) in the subject field) to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx with the last/second series of eight numbers
of your credit card account and the three special numbers on the back of your
card where you sign it, WITH YOUR PHONE NUMBER. Be prepared to
verify some information by telephone and have the charge card/"plate" ready
when we call.
9. Refund Policy:
If you use the site for 30 days and receive no inquiries on
your property and/or have difficulties in getting your ad up and running, we
will give you a refund of your $99 web site ad fee if you ask us within the
first 45 days. This will cancel your web page and it will be removed from
our servers. No prorated refunds after 45 days.
Any special service(s) and/or photography contracted
is a service which you will receive contract work and/or photos of your home. Therefore, there
will be no refund of the labor charged in providing you photos of your home.
The photos will be clear and/or in reasonable focus. We will retake photos on a case
by case basis. Photos will be viewed and either accepted or rejected by
the client while at the home during the scheduled photo taking, being present is
your chance to accept the photos taken are to your liking. These above
mentioned services are beyond the scope of the $99 web page ad, referred to by
this site.
Any ad removed due to multiple complaints, deceptive
advertising, cancelled after 45 days, fraud and/or any other reason will not be
refunded the advertising fee of $99 and/or an amount higher due to special
services and/or photography ordered and rendered.
In the Future:
It is the design of this web page service to provide a
calendar feature to be used to show availability of weeks rented and available.
